right to withdraw
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded in the shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of acknowledgment of the delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about the decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by a traditional letter or e-mail). The statement can be sent to BUTIK MOIE, ul. Piękna 16, Warsaw (Warszawa) 00-539 or in electronic form through e-mail:
An exemplary model withdrawal form is available in Annex 2 to the Law of Consumer Rights and additionally available here. You can use the model withdrawal form but it is not mandatory.
To keep the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your decision concerning exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal. In case of withdrawal from this agreement we shall refund you all the payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of the type of delivery other than the least expensive normal delivery option offered by us), immediately and not
later than within 14 days from the day when we were informed about your decision to exercise your right of agreement termination. The refund will be done by the same payment method, which you used for the original transaction, unless expressly stated otherwise; in any case, no extra fees will be charged in connection with this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until the delivery of the goods or until the return receipt is supplied, depending on which occurs first.
Please send or deliver goods to us immediately and not later than within 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if
you send back the products before the deadline of 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items. You are responsible only for a reduction in the value of the thing resulting from the use of it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.
